The price is affected by raw materials and regional differences. A good product should be worth what you pay for. The product quality of geotextiles can be divided into national standard and non-national standard types. If maintenance is needed, non-national standard ones are sufficient. The uses of long-fiber geotextiles:

Long-fiber geotextiles can have the effect of conduction block. It can block soil layers composed of different components and functions for a long time to prevent mixing. It has cold resistance and meets the load-bearing requirements of engineering buildings. It has a good reverse filtration effect and corrosion resistance effect. Moisture can get wet in every direction and is not prone to accumulate pressure. One piece can prevent the loss of soil stratification, which is conducive to reliability and corrosion resistance. It is commonly found in railway lines, dam foundations, gravity DAMS, airports, sports fields and other engineering projects to reinforce sensitive roadbeds structurally.

Long-fiber geotextiles are made from polyester chips. The melting point of polyester exceeds around 260℃, and there is no significant shrinkage below 230℃. Selecting products can prevent high temperatures from affecting the potential heat shrinkable film of textiles when laying the overall surface layer of hot asphalt.

2. This product is a non-woven fabric made by needling polyester filament with continuous polyester. The tensile strength is ≥8KN/m, and the elongation is 40-60%, considering the technical standards for geotextiles in the "Technical Standards for the Application of Road Geosynthetics".

3. This product is of moderate thickness and has a strong pre-impregnation and draining capacity. It fuses with dry layer oil to form an ideal protective layer, which is moisture-proof, heat-insulating and heat-preserving.

4. The long-fiber geotextile is relatively thick and formed by needling, featuring excellent planar design for sewage pipes and vertical water absorption capacity, which can be maintained for several years.

Under the same weight specification and model, the tensile strength of long-fiber geotextiles in all directions is higher than that of other needle-punched non-woven fabrics.
