The thermal connection must be strictly controlled to ensure that the cement blanket patch and the cement blanket are closely combined and do not cause damage to the cement blanket.

Before the end of each day's laying, visually inspect the surface of all the cement blankets laid that day to ensure that all damaged areas have been marked and immediately repaired. Also, make sure that there are no foreign substances on the laying surface that could cause damage, such as fine needles or small iron nails.

The patch should extend at least 30 centimeters beyond the damaged cement blanket. If on the slope, the crack exceeds 10% of the width of the roll, the roll of cement blanket must be removed and replaced with a new one. The work shoes worn by construction workers and the construction machinery they use should not damage the cement blanket. Construction workers are not allowed to do anything on the already laid cement blanket that may harm it, such as smoking or poking the cement blanket with sharp tools.


For the safety of the cement blanket material, the packaging cloth should be opened before laying the cement blanket, that is, one roll should be laid and one roll should be opened. And inspect the appearance quality. It is particularly emphasized that after the cement blanket arrives at the site, it should be inspected and accepted in a timely manner. For HDPE cement blankets, the quantity should be certified and confirmed.
