This makes it have the advantages of being waterproof, fireproof, safe and durable, and also solves the problem of concrete cracking. It weighs only fifteen kilograms per square meter, which is indeed sticky compared to traditional concrete. Most importantly, high-quality cement blankets can not only reduce raw materials by 90%, but also shorten the construction period by 60%. Simply put, this is the incorporation of specially made concrete powder into the cellulose framework! At the same time, this type of concrete is endowed with the characteristics of being waterproof, fireproof, safe and durable! Before watering, it has the softness and extensibility of textile products! After the water is poured, it has the firmness and compressive strength of concrete!

The cement blanket manufacturer will introduce to everyone the situations that need attention during the construction of the cement blanket laying project.

① Insert and level the cement blanket connection head at the overlapping area.
First, make an overall plan and measure to ensure a certain slope, so that the water can flow smoothly from the top to the bottom. Second, after the construction site is cleared and leveled, the construction line of the project should be set according to the design drawings, and the slope of the drainage pipes should be rechecked.

② Foundation pit excavation
The construction line of the project should be set in accordance with the design points. Both sides of the water channel must be leveled, and there should be no loose soil or cracks on the slope inside the ditch. The water-affected areas will be compacted and treated, and the dirt, sand, gravel and other impurities in the slope will be removed. If necessary, the three-seven lime soil will be compacted and treated, or the sealing will be completed after compaction and grouting. The reliability of the treated areas is excellent!

③ Laying
The raw materials can be laid out either vertically or horizontally. Please make sure to smooth and level the base material; otherwise, it will affect the appearance quality!

④ Joint treatment

A. Dig a 10cm wide and twice the depth of the cement blanket horizontally near the overlapping area of the two cement blankets. Insert and level the connection head of the cement blanket at the overlapping area.

b. Press the inner cement blanket along the direction of the water flow onto the lower cement blanket, and the cumulative area should not be less than 10cm.

c. Apply sealant evenly at the joints.

d. 538mm stainless steel plate small screws fix the two cement blankets in place.

⑤ Solution along the edge of the ditch
Fix the edges of the raw materials to the edge of the trench with bolts, and also fix the accumulation points with bolts. After fixing, cover the edges with potting soil.

⑥ Water and let it dry
Before watering, an overall inspection and project acceptance of the laid area must be carried out. Watering can only be done after meeting the standards! Each square meter requires 9kg of water (with a thickness of 10mm). Water thoroughly and do not overwater. Evenly sprinkle water from the edges to the center. Use the spraying method, with a total flow rate of 4000ml/min, until the color of the cement blanket darkens. Never use water with high working pressure! After watering, trampling is strictly prohibited. When the ambient temperature is ≤5℃, heat insulation measures should be taken. When the average temperature during the day and night exceeds 30℃, the surface should be covered with plastic film or composite geomembrane and other raw materials to keep it moist. The watering and maintenance period should not be less than 3 days. The PVC drainage pipes for the drainage holes are arranged in a 2m×2m plum blossom pattern, which cannot be ignored and should be assembled firmly.

Inspection method: Observation and measurement with a steel tape measure.

The specifications for the pre-embedded ports should meet the requirements: the total width of the pre-embedded slope at the top of the slope protection should be 1-2 meters, and the length of the pre-embedded slope at the bottom edge should be 50cm.
